House Minority Leader John Boehner, R-Ohio said, "We have to act -- we have to heal the ailing economy. The question is how to do it best; we think that fast-acting tax relief is the way to get it done."

President Obama said: "We must move swiftly and boldly to put Americans back to work, and that is exactly what this plan begins to do."

Now, I don't know a lot about politics, economic theory, or tax law; but, I have read my scriptures and know a bit about human motivation and working with people. I find false the assumption the Americans need to be put back to work. Who stopped us?

Hello I'm Oliver Crane. I was born in Minnesota, but grew up in Gaithersburg, Maryland. I served my mission in the Utah Salt Lake City Mission. I was really mad when I got the call but ended up loving it so much. I graduate this April in English and hope to go to grad school in the fall in something other than English. I like people, playing sports, working with my hands, and just plain working hard. I like goals, food, and I fall asleep on dates during a movie. I can’t stand TV because I get sucked in, I think everyone’s got a story, and I do not respect actors’ or musicians’ opinions on anything outside their trade. I wake up early and think that fast food is gross after you eat it. I think I’m young and find a sense of self through conflict. I like my eggs scrabbled with cheese, my steak medium rare, and I love how girls smell when they walk by. It’s ok when people fail, and you get a personal judgment bar every morning you look in the mirror.
